While working as Class Coordinator, TPO and various committees member of many colleges, Prof. Ossama has promoted management education as a tool of business leadership, personal excellence and employment opportunities.
Prof. Mohd Ossama has even mentored Startups at Atal Innovation Mission- UNDP's Youth Co Labs. He has been speaking on key management themes on various public lectures. He was invited as a guest speaker to guide and mentor students in the Dept. of Bioengineering, Integral University in the year 2019. He has spoken at a May Day Function as chief speaker at BBAU- SFI Unit, BBAU in the year 2022.
Prof. Ossama has been chief speaker at Utkarsh Sangoshti - 16th on Agricultural Issues in the year 2020. He has given various lectures on many management topics in Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh.
Prof. Mohd Ossama has taught at various educational institutions and Universities, like Pratap University, Jaipur and Integral University, Lucknow. He has taught thousands of students in courses like B.com, BBA, BCA, MBA etc. He has taught many subjects and trained many executives.
He believes education should liberate minds, transform lives, create ideas that change the world and create future leaders. Education should have values and ethics. As a writer of 10 books, Mohd Ossama has taught students morality, wisdom and knowledge.
Prof. Mohd Ossama was awarded Sahitya Prabhakar Samman in National Book Fair in 2019.
Mohd Ossama have taught and spoken on many indian subjects. He has spoken many times on India, Indian Ethos and Indian Dream.

Course Description :

To aim for development of the personality and communication skills of the student for placement interviews, career paths and challenges in personal and professional life in the future.

Course Objective :

This paper aims to positively empower students with a leadership vision to face various life challenges, corporate commitments, professional roles and leaving a lasting impact in the society. This course shall have a meaningfuland productive influence on students’ personality development, behaviour aspects, social skills, career horizon, business etiquettes and communication skills.
